GPS Connection

When connecting the GPS module for the first time, you need to wait for the GPS module to locate. After the positioning is successful, the GPS icon on the screen changes from red to green. After logging in to the mobile phone APP, you can view the running track.

Use the Hardwire Kit to enable professional 24-hour surveillance and keep your cigarette lighter outlet free for other devices.

• Step 1: Ground Connection (GND) Connect the Black wire (Negative) to a metal ground bolt or the ground terminal in your car's fuse box.

• Step 2: Choose Your Power Mode

  • For 24-Hour Monitoring: Connect the Red wire (Positive) to the BAT (Battery) interface. This provides constant power, allowing the DVR to record even after the engine is turned off.

  • For Standard Operation: If you prefer the DVR to turn off with the engine, connect the positive wire to the ACC interface in the fuse box.

• Step 3: Internal Safety The kit features an internal smart chip that protects your vehicle's battery from over-discharging.

PAY ATTENTION

• Voltage Compatibility: This device is strictly compatible with 12V power supplies. Connecting to a 24V source (common in large trucks) will damage the motherboard. For 24V vehicles, a 24V-to-12V converter is required.

• Memory Card Requirements: To support 4K UHD recording, you must use a high-quality Class 10 U3 MicroSD card. Low-speed or poor-quality cards will cause system errors or data loss.

• Original Accessories: We only guarantee full functionality when using our original rear camera and cables. Third-party accessories may have different pin configurations and could damage the unit.
