Please NOTE: Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental USA. We ship to the continental United States, Canada and Europe. We cannot be held responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after the carrier’s tracking shows the order was delivered. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, our shipping obligation has been fulfilled with a valid tracking number.

A shipment normally takes 4-10 business days to arrive.  Please refer to the table below for location specific shipping times to international destinations.

Processing 

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business day. After that, your order is shipped with our insured delivery partner. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday-Tuesday. Overall, you can expect to receive your order in about 10 days maximum.

Please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery! If your address is incomplete, we will promptly contact you for a corrected address and will not ship your package until we hear back from you in order to avoid delays and lost packages.
