Returns sent without prior approval may be declined or remain unprocessed. -
Send the Item Back
After your return request is approved, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: AL. JEROZOLIMSKIE 107, office 3, 02-011 Warsaw, Poland. -
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–15 business days for processing once your return is received.

Quality Problems or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or gets damaged during shipping (e.g., doesn't power on), contact our support team immediately.
We’ll review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Please only use original accessories. Damage caused by third-party parts or incorrect installation is not covered under our warranty or return policy.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already been dispatched, please do not open the package and reach out to our support team for return instructions.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
