Country and Applicability
This return and refund policy applies to orders placed and shipped to customers in the United States of America.
Return Period
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
Product Condition
Only new products that were unused and remain in their original condition are eligible for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Returns are accepted for products with manufacturing defects, as well as products without defects, subject to the specified conditions.
Return Process
Before returning a product, you must contact our customer support team at office@eyeonroads.com. After confirmation, our team will provide instructions for the return. Once the return request is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label free of charge. The shipping fee is not deducted; expenses for return shipping are covered by the seller.

Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The refund is processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer support immediately upon receiving the order. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution. Damage caused by misuse of third-party accessories or improper installation is not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please do not open the package and contact customer support to receive instructions for return.
Product Exchange
Product exchanges are available. To request an exchange, you must return the original product and, after confirmation, place a new order for the desired item.
