HDR for All 3 Channels & Night Vision 2.0
Utilizing Sony STARVIS 2 sensors (IMX678 & IMX675) combined with HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, this dash cam expands image clarity by balancing highlights and shadows. This ensures precise license plate recognition, even at high speeds, and captures detailed 4K-level night recordings for the front, interior, and rear cameras.
Upgraded Infrared Cabin Recording
The interior camera integrates a Sony STARVIS sensor and HDR technology for a clear, wide-angle view inside the vehicle without overexposure. When low-light conditions are detected, built-in IR light sensors activate four infrared LED lights, enabling sharp black-and-white image capture, even in complete darkness.

Connect the A229 Pro to the VIOFO app via ultra-fast 5GHz Wi-Fi for easy configuration, live previews, and quick video sharing. The included CPL (Circular Polarizing Lens) filter reduces reflections and glare from glass and road surfaces, enhancing image contrast and clarity in various lighting conditions.
Ultra-Precise GPS Logger
The Quad-Mode GPS module supports GPS, BEIDOU, GALILEO, and GLONASS satellite systems, ensuring highly accurate and stable positioning. It records vehicle location, speed, and timestamps, viewable on the VIOFO app or a computer for detailed trip analysis.
Loop Recording & Emergency Lock
- Loop Recording: When the memory card reaches full capacity, the dash cam automatically overwrites the oldest files to ensure continuous recording.
